Academic Software Can A Company Enforce An Academic HARDWARE License Like They Can An Academic Software License?

Can a company enforce an Academic HARDWARE license like they can an Academic Software license? - academic software

A company can have a degree of physical realization as a program of academic license? Many companies offer EULA (End User License Agreements) for software discount for students, which is the use of "for profit" This ensures that limit the company to pay the full price.

I realized that selling a Wacom tablet with a discount to the academic community, but I would get a professional to use.
