Isn't the United Nations the most relevant organization on the planet? - planet myanmar
The UN sanctions, the arms embargo against the former North Korea, the country of export ban on all weapons and weapons related related materials, namely, increased arms shipments to Myanmar would be a breach of the resolution.
The resolution of the Security Council urges all UN member states 192 to North Korean ships at sea to inspect ", if it constitutes information which reason must believe that" the burden is prohibited weapons or materials between them. But this requires the approval of the North.

The organization is actually less important, on this planet!
Oh, Yeah! The United Nations has a lot of power and know how to use it. They have brought peace in our time.

If the sanctions that states are not.
"North Korea does not launch rockets or let our feet and pout" is really said what the UN. they need to support the sanctions measures.
